In 2020, I successfully completed the Doctoral Program in International Business Taxation (DIBT) at Vienna University of Economics and Business, the University of California, Berkeley, and the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, with the dissertation: “Corporate and Withholding Tax Rates in an International Setting". My research focuses on topics in public economics and international business taxation.

Prior to this, I graduated from the University of Mannheim, Germany, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. In 2016, I completed my Master of Science in International Economics and Economic Policy at the Goethe University in Frankfurt. During my studies there, I worked as a research assistant for Prof. Dr. Weichenrieder at the chair of Public Finance. I have also worked as a liaison officer for finance and economic planning ministers, senior government officials and representatives of the multilateral development bank community.

Moreover, I did internships at Mercedes-Benz, PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Ministry of Finance and Deutsche Bank.

In 2020, I started working as an advisor to the Federal Ministry of Finance in Germany, where I am in charge of the OECD two-pillar solution addressing the tax challenges arising from the digitalisation of the economy. Moreover, I coordinate the tax-related topics for the G7 and G20 meetings.
